Genine Manchip
Genine Manchip is an Exercise and Sports Physiotherapist with over 10 years of experience helping active individuals recover from injury, return to sport and stay active. Her sporting background includes achieving provincial colours in Swimming and Biathlon.
She is currently focused on endurance sport and has completed numerous Ironman 70.3 events and marathons. Her personal experience as an athlete, combined with her clinical training, has led to a particular interest in the rehabilitation and prevention of sports injuries, especially running and cycling-related injuries.
Her approach is focused on understanding the underlying cause of an injury, developing an individualised rehabilitation programme and helping patients confidently return to the activities and sports they love.
Whether you're dealing with a new injury, recovering from surgery or simply trying to stay active without pain, Genine's goal is to help you move better, recover well and get back to doing what you love.

Caitlin Tanner
Caitlin Tanner is a physiotherapist and BASI Certified Pilates Instructor who is passionate about helping people lead healthy, balanced and active lifestyles.
She brings together her physiotherapy knowledge, Pilates training and extensive sporting and dance background to help clients recover from injury, improve movement and return to the activities they enjoy.
Caitlin completed her Pilates training through the BASI Pilates Academy in Sea Point, Cape Town, qualifying in both mat work and equipment. She is particularly passionate about incorporating Pilates principles into rehabilitation to help clients build strength, control, mobility and confidence throughout their recovery.
Her own sporting background has given her a unique understanding of movement and injury prevention. During her school years, Caitlin competed as a provincial and South African Artistic Gymnast, while also pursuing classical ballet.
She aims to combine evidence-based physiotherapy with her Pilates expertise to create individualised rehabilitation programmes that are both effective and relevant to each client's goals.
